We’ve been delivering events for over seven years in this amazing space including the fabulous Gloucester Tall Ships, the Gloucester Food Festival and the monthly and Christmas Orchard St Markets.
ORCHARD ST MARKET
First weekend of the month (Feb – Oct 2023)*
We’re now in our fourth year of running the monthly Orchard St Market at Gloucester Quays and this year has been a bumper season with more traders and visitors attending the markets. We’ve built up a fantastic mix of gift and craft traders, delicious street food and bars, plus yummy foodie products from local artisan producers. We have a number of regular traders but we’re happy to give new traders the opportunity to sell and promote their products. If you are interested in joining us, please get in touch.

GLOUCESTER FOOD FESTIVAL
Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd July 2023
We’re delighted to announce that this year’s Gloucester Food Festival will take place on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd July at Gloucester Quays and is now open for applications.
The 2022 Festival was a huge success, so we’re excited to once again be working with the Peel Group for 2023 to deliver the region’s much-loved foodie event. As always, we will have the very best traders offering delicious street food, quality craft, gift and retail products, plus our fabulous entertainment programme for the whole family. We have celebrity chefs, a live music stage and it is FREE for visitors to attend.
We have an extensive list of traders interested in exhibiting at our events, the response already ahs been fantastic, we can’t wait!

CHRISTMAS MARKETS GLOUCESTER QUAYS
Our Orchard St Christmas Markets are now firmly established at Gloucester Quays, with thousands of visitors attending every weekend throughout November and December.
This year we are extending the market with over 120 stalls and the return of the popular wooden chalets, all with lighting and Christmas decor to further enhance the festive feel across the market.
Like our monthly Orchard St Market, there will be a fabulous selection of gifts, crafts, homewares and Christmas decorations plus delicious artisan food products and some of the region’s very best street food vendors and bars. The ever-popular ice rink will be open from mid-November, attracting even more visitors to the markets.
The Orchard St Christmas Markets will run every weekend in November until 16th & 17 December 2023:
November: 4th & 5th / 11th & 12th /18th & 19th / 25th & 26th
December: 2nd & 3rd / 9th & 10th / 16th & 17th

GLOUCESTER TALL SHIPS
2024 Dates TBC
Channell Events were delighted to work alongside Richmond Events this year for Gloucester City Councils – Tall Ships Festival 2022. This was the fourth time Channell Events has managed the traders at Tall Ships in Gloucester Quays – an incredible event which takes place over the fabulous Gloucester Quays site. The festival consists of market stalls and gazebos for gift, craft and artisan food producers, plus street food, bars and live music and of course amazing entertainment for families to enjoy. 2022 was a great festival and very busy, we look forward to the future plans, the next festival is set to take place in 2024.
